We are a family of 6 who stayed in this apartment in late June/ early July 2010 (married couple with three children aged 18, 14 & 10 plus 79 year old grandmother). The apartment is great and the city is easily accessible by the 81 bus. Giulio is very helpful and always on hand if there is any problem. The area may look a little dodgy (lots of graffiti and litter on the streets from the nearby street market) but we never felt unsafe - and anyway it is a slice of authentic Roman life, and Rome has lots of graffiti everywhere. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in an area which is colourful and real.
