We\'ve been there for a bit more than a week in October 2014. And we\'ve had a really great and relaxing time.
We hoped for a quiet waterfront house – and we\'ve got it. So the description and the pictures don\'t promise too much. We had high expectations, and they were even excelled.
The outside of the house is just breathtaking with its wonderful view towards the sea. There are olive and lemon trees in the garden. We loved to sit on the terrace and barbeque there. Just a few steps down and you have your own beach with little pebbles. There are two or three other houses that might have access to the small beach strip but we\'ve seen nobody else there during our whole holidays except some shipmen in their boats passing by. Though the house is located near a main road it\'s well detached with a locked gate and you don\'t hear much of the traffic.
The inside of the house is great either with a rather traditional furniture in the living room and modern equipment besides. There are two air conditioners and there is a satellite TV but we didn\'t use it. The kitchen is large and also well equipped, i.e. with a dishwasher and microwave oven.
Katerina was a pleasant host for us. She received us personally and took herself a lot of time to give us useful advice. She doesn\'t live near the house but she\'s just a phone call away and was very helpful in any matter.
It\'s better to have a car when you come to the house. I don\'t know how the busses go but there are no shopping facilities within walking distance. Next village is Agii Theodori two or three kilometres away – there are lots of small shops and two large supermarkets.
It\'s very hard to find any negative aspects. There were problems with both showers when we were there but I\'m sure these are fixed soon. And I think it\'s not the ideal house to visit with small kids because there is no fence between the property and the steps to the beach.
We\'d recommend to see ancient Korinth which is only 30 minutes away. It also isn\'t far to Athens (one hour), to Mykene and to Epidauros. But most of the time we stayed at the house/garden/beach because it was so comfortable.
After all the house just offers a bit more than others we\'ve been to in numerous ways. Like free WIFI, the astonishing view, the beautiful garden and the own beach. And lots of small things like the solar lamps in the garden, the comfortable terrace furniture or sun seats for the beach.
So we\'d absolutely recommend it. And we\'d like to come back NOW. :-)

Everywhere you will find something to dislike, but in this villa we found almost nothing. Everything was working well, the beach was very beautiful, the price good, and the hospitality great. We were very pleased from them. Thank you

Nice view but disappointed on the fact that actually there is only 2 real bedrooms, the last one is in the living room (you don\'t see any picture of the 3rd one within the attached pictures above!). Also very desapointed because when we arrived the freedge was not working and it tooks more than a week to change it. And last but not the least, after 6 months, I have never received my deposit after many requests to the owner. That\'s a lot!!!!
