We will certainly stay in this apartment every time we visit Buenos Aires in the future. We arrived late at night around 2 am due to the ash cloud in Patagonia, almost 36 hours behind schedule. We were afraid we were not going to find anyone at the property, and were delighted to find the owner/manager waiting for us in a cheerful mood. This came as a great relief, as were both tired and hungry. We went out to dinner immediately after arriving at the property, and were amazed to find many restaurants open so late on a Sunday night. Buenos Aires is an amazing city.
We decided to rent this property based on the high qualifications and after staying there we understand why it is highly rated. Tasteful, relaxing, comfortable and with professional and friendly service from the owner/manager. We visited this neighborhood when we were here five years ago and found it much improved, with lots of new bars and restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. We stayed at this apartment for five weeks and it was an outstanding experience. No need to look for accommodation next time we come down here. This will be our apartment in Buenos Aires.

Great loft on a perfect location. I stayed in this property for a week and it was the perfect lodging experience. Close to everything, well furnished and with a helpful landlord. the loft has a great, long deck that is perfect to chill out at anytime of the day. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit.

A unique apartment unlike any I have seen
This apartment was a truly unique experience for us. Decorated with Asian furniture, on a great location, and with a landlord that custom-made our stay to make sure it satisfied our personal taste. My husband and I love jazz and Carlos booked us a table at some of the city`s top jazz clubs. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Buenos Aires

I stayed at the Asian Loft for a month and enjoyed every minute of it. Beautifully decorated and on a great location. A very trendy neighborhood, with great food, drinks, and a charming atmosphere. The landlord was very helpful and professional. I will recommend this place to anyone coming to visit this wonderful city.

My wife and I have just spent 10 days at this property, and found absolutely no fault with anything.
We found the landlord, Carlos, to be very reliable and responsive, from the first moment we made an enquiry through to the reservation, our stay and our departure. Our arrival was very late at night, but this was no issue for Carlos, who was waiting for us on arrival.
The apartment is secure, with gate access to the half a dozen apartments that make up this small, modern complex on Calle Thames. Its is a few blocks from the Subte (tube, metro, subway), with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is also a bus stop no more than 50 yards from the apartment on a route direct to the city centre. A taxi ride to the centre takes about 10-15 minutes and costs no more than 20 Pesos. For those watching the pennies, there are supermarkets and bakeries nearby, as well as a tintoreria (laundry) which will wash and iron your clothes with very quick turnarounds.
Everything in the apartment was well thought out, modern and clean, with thoughtful touches such as bottled water and alfajores beside the bed. During our stay the bedding and towels were changed regularly, and Carlos the landlord provided lots of information on things to see and do.
We cannot fault anything about this rental, and would recommend it to anyone.

I had a great time and stay at the asian Loft in Palermo. The look and amnities were perfect, 2 minutes away from the best restaurant in the city, in the centre of the hip Palermo for restaurants and shopping in buenos aires. I fully recommend this place for a stay, the landlord was also very helpful and friendly.

My friend and I stayed at the Asian Loft for 10 days Jul/Ago. This was not our first visit to Buenos Aires but it was the first time we stayed at this property and in this neigborhood. We found the loft charming and cool, extremely clean, and very well decorated.
The owner Carlos was helpful and professional. We liked so much that we have already booked it for Nov when one of our parents come to visit Buenos Aires.
We recommend this place to anyone visiting this city both for the property and the neigborhood

We stayed at the Asian Loft for a week and enjoyed it very much. The property was well furnished, clean, and had everything we needed. The landlord was helpful and friendly at our arrival and during the whole stay. When he realized that we were a gay couple, he provided us with further information and links on the gay scene in Buenos Aires.
This was our first experience in holiday rental and we are happy to recommend this property to anyone coming to visit this great town.
