I have stayed in this apartment for the last 2 years and i would recommend to anybody. great location, plenty of room everything that you need, it like home from home.

Stayed at this apartment twice now each time in September, it is a like a home form home, the apartment is very spacous and clean with everything you need, especially with a young baby in tow! The owners have thought about everything wihtnotes on how to use the air con to the how to use the washing machine. The apartment is in a great location to sunny beach, as it is the nicer end of the resort with good restuarants all within walking distance, will be booking again next year!

Just got back from a weeks stay at this Apartment and would highly recommend it to everyone wishing to stay in Sunny Beach.
Myself, my wife and 2 kids (10 & 8) loved it here at Sunny Beach Hill A3.5, the pools were wonderful, not too busy, always got sunbeds with ease. The restaurant served really nice food, lots of variety and the price was reasonable.
There is a little supermarket just outside for all your essentials if you dont want to pay bar prices for drinks round the pool.
The Apartment was spotless, and the Xbox Media Centre makes a wonderful change to local TV!! Kids loved it!
All in all, cant wait to go back next year already.
