We spent 6 nights in Apendalo House and it was hard to leave. The house is great. Good situated,beautiful view from roof top,nice furnished in swah. style. The house is well kept by amicable Katana.Lamu town is such a goood place and the people so friendly. Hope coming back.

Yes, I definitely liked the simplicty of Apendalo house- although it felt luxurious to us as it was larger than we had imagined and the roof top terrace was amazing! A definite highlight of the house is that you have decorated and furnished it in a traditional style, combined with it being located right in the middle of town, really felt like we were getting the true \'Lamu\' experience! Much nicer than staying somewhere touristy!
