Zinkwazi is also excellently positioned as a destination for golf enthusiasts.
There are two well known and exclusive golf courses within a 30 minute drive from Zinkwazi. Zimbali Golf Estate and Prince's Grant Golf Estate. Darnall Country Club, which is only 6 km away also has a well kept 9 hole golf course and other facilities.
From a safety perspective ... Zinkwazi probably has some of the safest beaches and bathing areas on the north coast. This is mainly due to the fact that there is only one entry / exit point to and from the beach. Further more - the village is very secluded from commercialization. (There is only a few small businesses to provide for the basic needs of the community.)
Another contributing factor regarding safety and security is, - the nearest township is almost 20 km away, next to Stanger, and during the holiday season, an entrance fee is payable for parking to all the entrances to the beach.
