Villa Giulia is situated in a quiet area at 900 meters from the village of San Vito Lo Capo, famous for the white sandy beach. The villa,is surrounded by a large garden (700 sqm) with typical Mediterranean plants.
The villa is composed of :
living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed, air conditioning, satellite tv and dvd player;
the kitchen is equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer and toaster;
one double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe;
one bedroom with two single beds, converting in a double bed bedroom, with air conditioning and wardrobe;
one bathroom with shower;
washing machine;
covered terrace.
Outside, there is a large garden with chairs, dining table, deckchairs, barbecue and shower.
The proximity of the villa to the village and the beach is ideal for pleasant walks with the bike.

The sandy and shallow seabed is particularly suitable for people who can’t swim and for children.
Also for people, who like the rocks, there is a wide choice: tourists can take a bath enjoying a beautiful wiew.
Near San Vito Lo Capo there are a lot of seaside resorts such as: the Natural Reserve of Zingaro, The Tonnara of San Vito, The Gulf of Macari, The Natural Reserve of Cofano mountain, Cala Mancina, etc.
