Description of objectVilla Ad Astra is one of 4 villas sharing 1.5 acres of land by the sea in Wadduwa 35 km south of Colombo. The property includes a 16 meter swimming pool, a lawn tennis court, staff and guard houses.Leading from the living room is a terrace with views to the garden, pool and beach, furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine in- or out-door. The famous Siddhalepa Ayurveda hotel is our closest neighbor, where Ayurveda treatment can be booked. The house has also its own Ayurveda treatment massage bench for professional treatment in the house. Master bedroom includes a large 4-poster double bed. Bedroom 2 includes a large double bed and bedroom 3 includes a normal double bed. All rooms are air conditioned. Two additional beds are available to be placed in the rooms of desire. Three spacious bath rooms with showers are available in connection to the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishing machine, washing machine etc. There is everything you could ever want in this kitchen including our chef who can save you the bother of even enter. On the upper floor there is a study with satellite TV and internet wireless connection. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room where you comfortably can dine. In front of the house, facing the sea, is a large roofed terrace for perfect shade and for enjoying the sunset while dine or for casual or sun set drink in our lounge chairs. On the back side of the Villa is the grass lawn tennis court. Gym can be used at Siddhalepha Ayurveda Hotel for a charge. Colombo and the Royal Colombo Golf Club are reached in 50 minutes. All kind of tours including individually designed can be arranged by the House Keeper as well as car including driver for daily trips for shopping in Colombo or nearby super markets. South you can go on boat tours for blue whale spotting or good surfing. Location of objectThe Villa os located fronting the sea 2 km south of Wadduwa and 37 km south of ColomboThe distance from the International Airport north of Colombo to our villa south of Colombo is 70 Km. Depending on the traffic it will take between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Pick-up and drop at airport is included.
