Downstairs there is a very big kitchen with all the facilities, a family room with a patio and a living room with a very nice fireplace. Upstairs (half story) there is the parent\'s room with laundry room and bathroom. A few stairs up, there are 4 bedrooms (two of them are connected and form a huge bedroom) and a bathroom. There is also a possibility to open the second area of the house with two additional rooms/offices. The garden is very nice and has fruit trees such as grenades, mango, figues, oranges and lemon. Across the street there is a very nice and modern playground for children.

Shoham, is situated just near the airport (no noise problems)and about 20 kilometers from Tel Aviv and the wonderful mediteranean beaches and 50 kilometers from the amazing Jerusalem. Shoham is a very small residential town with all the facilities of a big city.
