This recently built-up villa offers a wonderful sight over the valley and the stretch of coast going from Marina di Ragusa to Cava d’Aliga.

Strongly recommended for a holiday dictated by relax and comfort, thanks to the very plain and polished ambience. The villa is the ideal place for those people who want to stay far from the town chaos, immersed into a charming location where the sky, the earth and the sea merge together by creating a fascinating landscape.
The villa is 23 km far away from the golf courses of the Donnafugata Golf Resort Spa.

Outside description
Terrace with scenic infinity pool, whose disappearing edges merge together with the landscape and the sea, as if it was suspended in space. The swimming pool, about 80 sqm, is lighted by night and fitted with stereo loudspeakers for the wire radio. A wide well-tended garden, rich in Mediterranean plants and flowers, surrounds the whole villa.
A five-a-side football and tennis court shared with the next villa is available.

Ground floor and amusement arcade description
The ground floor consists of a double bedroom with internal bathroom. The warm anteroom, with independent entrance, is furnished with a sofa bed. A large hall (200 sqm) equipped with bar billiards, billiard table and ping-pong table. A bathroom with shower box and laundry area furnished with washbasin and washing-machine.

First floor description
The first floor (180 sqm) consists of a wide open space room, a double bedroom and a wellness bathroom and it offers a wonderful sight over the swimming pool and the whole valley, thanks to a large scenic glass wall. An elegant and essential unique room composed of a living area and a modern and functional kitchen.

The living area, with a neatly arranged minimal designer furniture and a soft and relaxing lighting, consists of an elegant sitting room suite, a fireplace and a plasma screen TV.
The hi-tech kitchen, furnished with all sorts of comforts and accessories, offers a wonderful sight over the surrounding landscape. A double bedroom supplied with TV and DVD/VHS player; a wellness bathroom, next to the bedroom, composed of a double washbasin, an hydromassage shower box and an hydromassage bath. Internet WI-FI.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, 1 small electrical oven and 1 big electrical oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer; the whole room has perfectly integrated state-of-the-art technologies and hi-tech elements. SKY satellite decoder, stereophonic amplification system with digital CD/DVD/MP3 player and wired radio in every room.

Second floor description
The second floor (120 sqm) consists of two double bedrooms with internal bathroom and shower box.
They are finely furnished, provided with a soft and uniform lighting and enjoy a beautiful scenic sight.

The villa boasts a strategic position to visit the tourist centres of Val di Noto and to enjoy the sea and the fine golden sandy beaches along the coast of Marina di Ragusa.
This modern and elegant two-storeyed villa is located in “Contrada Pizzillo”, about 16 km away from Marina di Ragusa and 12 km away from Ragusa.

We are located on the south-eastern coast of Sicily, in the “baroque” heart of the “Val di Noto”, part of the Unesco World Heritage List, in an ideal position to visit all the most beautiful and tourist sites. From here you can easily reach Ragusa Ibla (25 km), Scicli (12 km), Modica (30 km), Noto (70 km) and all the sites shown in “Commissario Montalbano” (the famous tv series based on the novels by Andrea Camilleri).

It is also possible to go on an excursion to the Mount Etna (135 km), to the “Valle dei Templi” in Agrigento (139 km), and you can also easily reach Siracusa (106 km) and Taormina (182 Km), both famous for their beautifull Greek theatres. The Port of Pozzallo is not far (32 km), and it has many links with Malta by ferries.
