Description of objectIf you are looking for a spacious accommodation with privacy and fun during your holiday at Muscat ,As-Sahala farmhouse is the place. Here you may enjoy all that a comfortable accommodation may provide at a great value. It is 20 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from 2 major Shopping Centres, offering a choice of great restaurants and classy coffee shops (City Centre – Al Bahja). The Farm is set in an area of 32000 Sqm and its farmhouse provides an excellent holiday place for families and friends. The landscape of the farm is viewed by many as a big garden. It is neatly organized. Asphalt roads connect all parts of the farm providing suitable walking/cycling ways. For those who enjoy animals, several animal houses are in the farm (peacocks, deers, hens, sheep,dogs .. etc). Kids may find this holiday environment a unique experience that cannot be seen elsewhere. At the As Sahala you have your private heated pool (with kids protected section), basketball playground, kids play and BBQ area, internet and a professionally designed home theatre. The house is located at the northern corner of the farm. Internally, there are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles and 1 other) that accommodate 8 people. Sleeping arrangement for more guests can be made. The family sitting take up to 12 people while the dining take 8. View of the garden is made available from all corners of the house, including the Arabic Majlis, the second sitting area, where the spirit of the Omani traditions is felt from the antique furniture and style. The farmhouse is truly a unique experience while enjoying holiday at Muscat. Its is ideal for families and friends who are looking for quite and healthy holiday accommodation . Location of objectGPS Coordinates to As-sahala Farm: 23°41'13'N, 58°03'47'E BarkaIf you are coming via Muscat Airport, complimentary transportation is provided from and to the farmhouse. If you wish to rent a car from the airport, follow the signs to Sohar. Make a left turn at 'Bait Al-Baraka' roundabout which comes after driving approximately 20 km. From the roundabout, drive 1.2 km on the service road and then make a left turn and drive .5 km. the road ends at the main gate of the farm. Generally, it takes 15 minutes from airport to the farm. If coming driving from UAE, you make a right turn at 'Bait Al-Baraka' roundabout which comes after the 'WELCOME TO MUSCAT' road sign board. Drive 1.2 km on the service road and then make a left turn. After .5 km the road ends at the main gate of the farm. Arrangement can be made if you feel you may have difficulty to get there by sending someone to wait for you near 'Bait Al-Baraka' roundabout.
