Description of objectWith a pool for keeping cool in the summer sunshine, and gardens for the whisper of the mediterranean breezes, Love is a place in the sun, and this three-bedroom home is just a few steps from Marseillan\'s Avenue des Amants.Nestling in its gardens of rich plants and bushes, with the shade of a summer pergola for those days when lunch melts into evening and dinner segues to a good night toast. And above all, its heated swimming pool for the ultimate in pampering, currently being prepared for this summer\'s first guests. We\'ll have even more photos on line very soon, and details of the airconditioned house, its grand living and dining room for settling down in front of a big screen movie, its glazed wrap-around verandas for quiet moments for two, peek-a-boo glimpses of the old church tower, and its airconditioned bedrooms for a cool night\'s sleep even in the height of summer. Two doubled bedrooms and one versatile adaptable twin bedroom provide comfortable accommodation for 6, and one of the three sofas in the vast living room converts into a very comfortable double bed for an extra guest or two. The living room is massive, so deserved its 47\" LED TV screen, and the large dining table seats 8 guests very comfortbaly indeed. Settle down with a good book by the hearth of the glazed fireplace, or take a seat on one of the three veranda terraces around the house for some me time or special moments a deux. The house has two bathrooms: one a traditional family bathroom with bathtub and wc; the second is an ensuite shower to one of the double bedrooms. There is a second wc as well. A well designed kitchen has dishwashers so that you may spend more time in the pool living a life of leisure, and just around the corner, Chez Pilou will cook your dinner for you, all you have to do is wander round and collect the meal at your leisure. Outside is an open air living space all its own, with the main dining area under a wooden pergola, well planted side gardens and a 50 square metre poolside patio for lazing the day away by the water. All just a few minutes stroll to the village on market day and the quayside restaurants of the port any night of the week. he swimming pool is heated so you can enjoy summer from Springtime right through into Autumn. There are recliners on the large patio poolside and you may barbecue your fresh food straight from the market. Two bedrooms have DVD players so you may watch a movie from the well stocked film library. In the miving room a state of the art music system is matched by the latest 47\" LED big screen home cinema system, for screening DVD an BluRay. On the main screen you may choose from a selection of English and French language digital channels. And there is wifi so that you can stay in touch with friends and family. The gardens wrap around the house. A large gas hob, oven, two dishwashers, fridge, kettle, coffee maker etc for preparing the family breakfast or a feast to enjoy around the huge dining table or outdoors under the pergola You are just yards from the bus stop for a direct shuttle bus to the beaches, throughout July and August, meaning that the lively bars, karting, funfair and sports of Marseillan Plage are easilly accessible. The sleepy old village (oldest in France) is a few minutes wander from the front door, and there are bakers, butchers, fish counters and fruiterers within easy reach. Best of all the gorgeous port with its quayside restaurants is minutes walk away. Take a boat out on the lagoon, with your own private skipper for 60 euros for half a day, swimming by the oyster beds. Buy wines and shellfish from your neighbours, try your hand at jet skiing or kite surfing, or dress up for a night at the casino at the Cap, 15 minutes from the house. Location of objectThe Jardin des Amants is a hand in hand stroll from the centre of the old village where princes and poets have whiled away their hours for centuries; and an easy mooch down to the waterfront, past family owned wineries and fresh fish and seafood counters.
