Description of object

This two storied Villa located in a quiet location is the perfect place to relax and enjoy what the Algarve has to offer. In the outside you will find a private swimming pool, outdoor barbecue, baby-foot and pool table,with several tables and chairs in an open area.

In the house itself which is fully air conditioned, you will find 3 bedrooms equipped with LCD's/satellite TV, 3 bathrooms (two equipped with shower and the other one equipped with both shower and a hydro-massage bathtub for maximum relaxation), a fully equipped kitchen(American style fridge with an ice dispenser/coffee maker/microwave/stove, dish-washer,etc..) and a comfortable living room that opens to a dinning room.

Available are also 4 all-terrain bicycles to explore the trails and paths in the surrounding area.

This Villa is located in the peaceful countryside location of Poço Novo in the municipality of Loulé, silence and peace are guaranteed, but when the need rises for some more exploration you can get to the main road (800m from villa) and get easily to locations like Loulé(4,5km), Vale de Lobo(9km), Vilamoura(17km), Albufeira(28km), etc..

Loulé, is famous for its market in the Arabian style and open gipsy market, it has also part of the old castle that was restored, traditional shops, traditional restaurants, etc..

While Loulé is a town with deep historical origins it has also evolved to modern times, where you'll be able to find supermarkets, healthcare center (Centro de Saude), pharmacies, etc...

From Loulé you can get easily and quickly to other places under 15-30 minutes like Vale de Lobo, Vilamoura, Quarteira, ALbufeira and many other locations where you'll be able to enjoy the beach, marinas, aquatic parks, restaurants, and so much more...
