Description of objectThe four bedroom villa with swimming pool and housemaid is overlooking the Paradis Hotel golf course and situated at the foot of the Morne Brabant mountain, on the south-west coast of the island 900m from the beach and 3 km from the famous Le Morne kite-spot .The Villa can accommodate 8 people (we suggest max. 6 ad. and 2 children for more comfort) The hotels Dina Robin, Les Pavillons, The Indian Resort, Le Paradis are close by. You can use their sport facilities (not included), restaurants and great shows in the evening. The dining room and lounge are situated on the long and spacious covered terrace with sea view overlooking the garden. The terrace can be closed off on all sides by electrically-operated shutters. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and fan sharing a bathroom/toilet, TV corner with sofas, satellite channels. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms opening on the terrace; each with 2 single beds put together, air condition, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a seating and barbecue area under a thatched roof surrounding the 9 x 3m swimming pool. Barbecue, long chairs Satellite TV channels and ADSL internet connection & Wifi are available. A maid and a gardener come daily from 8 am – 1 pm except Sundays and public holidays. A second maid can cook Mauritian specialties for about 8 Euros/meal. Food and beverage are not included.
