Then our villa Zivana with a pool is just for you!Full of reminiscence of one of the most important things in human life lies in a quiet residential part of the town of Dugi Rat between Split and Omi¨, in the street beside a hill. Near are the restaurants, bars and shops in the center and beaches with blue flags. Stone terrace is surrounded by a garden in which dominates ivy. Wooden furniture lies by the grill so you can more comfortable eat Dalmatian specialties. With a small oval pool there is an external shower. The kitchen and dining room are in one area and are practically furnished. Living room with leather furniture acts strictly, but the wooden details give the feeling of home. One double room has a shelf with books and other notable double bed. The bathroom is separated from the rooms. It is a small, modest house within reach of all, a special and practical, ideal for families with children. So welcome! A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Location of objectVilla Zivana is situated in a residential area in the center of Dugi Rat, on the coast of SplitIt is close to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in a street close to the hill where peace is guaranteed. The beach, classified Blue Flag, is only 600 m from the house.
