Description of objectRemodeled Villa with 5 bedrooms, fireplace, pool, garden and private parking, located in a quiet area and a lot of privacy, with a terrace that offers a wide view of the surroundings, located in Sesmarias, near Albufeira, at 1400 m from the beach.The quiet and picturesque area of Sesmarias located on the famous coastline of the Algarve, the southernmost region of Portugal, surrounded by beautiful scenery of blue sea and preserved natural areas within the zone of Albufeira, offers a wide variety of beaches in the area from the extensive sandy beaches of Sao Rafael, Gale to the beaches of Evaristo and Castelo hidden among rocks and cliffs. A few minutes drive you will find the Salgados golf course and a wide variety of sporting facilities available in the various beaches. There will entertainment for an active holiday, from the Slide & Splash water park (the largest in Europe), Zoomarine and all the attractions of Albufeira, as the vibrant nightlife. Description: Sleeps 10. 5 Bedrooms: 2 with double bed, 1 suite and 3 with 2 single beds, 2 en suite, one of which has access to the outside door of a sofa bed. 5 Bathrooms: 1 service abroad and serves as a support to the pool area and recreational, 3 with shower and one with bath. Damage deposit for families (2 generations) 250¤ Damage deposit for groups: from 250¤ to 1000¤ Location of objectJust 4 Km west of the old town of Albufeira, is Gale (pronounced Gar-lay) which has developed from l agriculture 25 years ago to a residential area of villas and some low- rise hotels, although there are still lots of greenery with orange groves, olive trees, fig trees and vineyards.Gale beach is on a small headland, with other beaches to the right (West) and left (east) of it which you can walk to. On Gale beach, there are 3 bar/ restaurants. The beach is made up of soft sand and is safe for children. It has all the usual water sports one could expect in the summer time. From November to March it is very quiet and you can walk west, along the Ocean edge, to Amacao De Pera. This walk is about 5 Km along soft sand dunes with the Nature reserve of Salgados on your right. At the end you will arrive at the fishermen boats and then the town and its shops. Town: Portugal, Albufeira, AlbufeiraAs a result of the tide of tourism, this 'once upon a time' fishing village has expanded since the 1960s into a major holiday resort and now has over 15,000 permanent residents. As the sun sets the centre of the town changes its character. A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up with people, until they spill over into the narrow streets. A fine selection of good beaches extend east and west from the town. Praia de Balaia, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, de Olhos d’Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa, and Praia de São Rafael, being the principal ones. There is a small museum of 15th and 17th century Ming ceramics and a Municipal art gallery that holds regular exhibitions during the season. A further addition to the town is a new Virtual Archaeological Museum.
