Description of objectThe villa is situated with its own ¾ hectare (2 acres) of land comprising of a well maintained garden and orange & lemon groves. The garden has a well equipped barbeque with its own fridge, oven and covered sitting area that can easily accommodate 12 people.
The villa has 3 Large Bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 adults, additional beds can provided for an additional 2 adults and 1 child. High chair, cot and other baby facilities available on request
Location of object1.5km to Marathon beach, harbour, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, greengrocers and open air cinema (summer time). The ancient battlefield of Marathon (historic site) and museum are close by.
The area has many sport centres that offer among other things windsurfing, water sports, Tennis, Horse riding. The Schinias Olympic Rowing and Canoeing Centre is also close by.

Including the story of the messenger named Pheidippides that ran the 42 km that divided Marathon from Athens to announce the victory of the Greeks, and subsequently died from exhaustion right after spreading the news.
