Description of objectC & I Beach Hotel is classified by the Sri Lankan Tourist Board as a boutique hotel and is situated in Iranawila, 7 km south of Chilaw at the beach of the Indian Ocean. The hotel has 10 super luxury rooms equipped according to European 4 star standard meaning 5 star + standard according to Sri Lankan hotels. The rooms are equipped with 7 feet long and 10 inch thick spring mattress beds, writing table, AC, fan, mini bar, LCD or LED TV with more than 50 satellite channels, DVD player, hair dryer, safety locker, complementary wireless internet, coffee and tea making facilities. All rooms, but one, have ocean view. The hotel also has swimming pool, kid pool, a well equipped gym, The Absolut Gourmet Restaurant, the fully licensed Ocean View bar and the Sunset banquet hall. Just outside the hotel the sandy beach is stretching kilometre after kilometre and the Indian Ocean shows all its beauty including fantastic sun sets. The air and environment is totally unpolluted and the surroundings are very tranquil.

Just outside the hotel the fishermen are landing their catch and within one hour the fish is either in the pan in our kiche or in our deep freezer
Town: Sri Lanka, North-West Sri Lanka, ChilawChilaw town has around 25000 inhabitans and is multi cultural. The Christans, Budists, Hindus and Muslims are all represented, living and working together. The main income generating activity is fishing and there is a very popular and lively fish market. Just ouside the town is the Munneswarana Tempel, one of the most famous Hindu temples in Sri Lanka. Chilaw also has fruit market and other shoping possibilites.
