Description of objectPrivate 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with 8mx4m swimming pool, BBQ Poolside shower on enclosed corner plot.The villa has 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms. with large wardrobes, bedside cabinets and tables lamps. A babies cot and chair. Large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen has 2x3seater leather settees, satellite TV with surround sound. Open log burning sireplace. Sofa bed to sleep 2 persons. Dining table and 6 chairs. There are several portable electric radiators throughout the villa. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, electric over, 4 burner gas hob, electric kettle, iron/ironing board, coffee percolator,dishwasher, food mixer.all crockery and cooking utensils. Location of objectThere are 2 small, but well stocked supermarkets within 10 mins. walk of the villa.Numerous small bars and restaurants.Several quiet sandy beaches within a short drive of the villa.Ideal for children and surfing. The nearest town is the ancient Moorish town of Aljezur with the remains of castle looking down over the town. There are several shops,restaurants, post office, banks churches and a fabulous indoor ,market selling local fresh fruit, vegetables, bread cheeses, cakes and fresh caught local fish. A must for the BBQ. 20 mins drive to the much larger town of Lagos, which has a fabulous harbour and a vast variety of restaurants and snack bars.Variety of shops. Booking into the villa 4 pm onwards and vacate by 10.am to allow for full valeting of the villa. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE VILLA. |
