La grika is a little white house(grecian stile)in enchanting position on the coast road between Otranto -S.M.di Leuca at km 38.200 of S.P.358.The house as you can see in the photos is divided in two apartments; the upper one (il CAPPERO) and the lower one (l'AGAVE),with a terraced garden.The two appartments are complitely separated having only the same entering stairs.
The 'Cappero' is the upper apartment of the grika and has a wonderful covered veranda and a terrace overlooking the sea with old twisted olives.The terrace is equipped with sunbeds, shower and barbeque.The apartment is composed of a double bedroom, a small room with two single bed (a deck-bed), a livingroom- kitchen and bathroom with shower. In the livingroom there is a double bed sofa.The kitchen is very well equipped.
The 'Agave' is the lower apartment.It has one covered veranda with a wonderful sea views equipped with a small kitchen and Bbq to cook outdoor and a terrace equipped with shower,sunbeds and hammoch.From the terrace you can go down to the rocky rustic garden,located on a terraced down hill that is filled with secular olive trees, holm-oaks and other mediterranean.The apartment has one double bedroom,livingroom-kitchen with fireplace and big window looking the sea ;bathroom with shower.In the living room there is a double divan-bed.

The Grika is placed on the coastroad between Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca,in the locality of Novaglie near Tricase porto,in a charming position over the sea.The coast is rocky but the sea is easily accessed.
