Villa Diomede is a modern and elegant holiday house, totally independent, it is devided on two floors, surrounded by a garden of 1,700 sq.m.
A green lawn surrounds the large and exclusive swimming-pool.
The house is located in a wide avenue in a peaceful, residential area of Mondello, the beach of which has facilities and may be reached on foot in just a few minutes; there is a bus stop just 30 metres from the Villa.
The Villa is furnished and has carefully chosen and tasteful decor.
The garden and the portico which surround the house and the swimming-pool are equipped with deck chairs, tables, sun umbrellas, small sofas and sun-beds.

Mondello is a bathing resort only 8 km far from the centre of Palermo born in the early twentieth century as a small fishing village, when it became a reclaimed land, because it was too much marshy, today it is considered the meeting summer place of all Palermo's citizens.
It has got a very beautiful beach equipped with any sort of services such as shower, beach huts, pattinos and bikes renting.
Many splendid private villas adorned it, some of liberty style are of remarkable historical and architectural interest.
In the centre you can find everything you need to a relaxing and pleasant holiday: shps, bars, restaurants, banks, post office, and also, chemist's shop and medical centre.
A bus service links Mondello to the centre of the town.
