Description of objectPapayas House is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Home with a sofabed (twinsize) in the Living room. The newest addition is a baby crib for kids until about 3 years old. Furhtermore you have 1 Single Bed in our Office room. The house has aprox. 700 sqft. indoors and 400 sqft. veranda.The masterbed is a king size bed with memory foam mattress, which makes you feel like sleeping on a cloud. The bedroom and the livingroom have separate airconditions (split system - very quiet). The kitchen is equipped with gas cook, small toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. There are all linens, towels & beach towels in the closet. The iron, board and washer in the small room beside the kitchen.
In the office room you have wireless DSL-Internet and Telephone. Also there is satellite TV and a stereo in the Living room. The TV provides for the moment only 2 channels, but we got a a video player which plays everything, also it has games on it to play.
Location of objectwe are located apox. above the ocean of 40 ft. we have stunning views. the ocean to dive or swim or snorkel is just down the hill.
on the other side you take a 5 min. walk, or 800 ft. is the pinksanded beach called BANANA BEACH.
Town: Bahamas, Ocean view heights, governors harbourwe are aprox 4 miles out of town. gov. harbour has shops, grocery stores, 2 banks, post office, liquor shops, etc.
