Description of objectTownhouse Villa For Rent In Torreblanca, Costa Del Sol, SpainBetween Fuengirola & Benalmadena. This fabulous newly completed Townhouse with plunge pool has superb views across the Mediterranean towards Africa and is located just outside Fuengirola in Torreblanca del Sol and is available for holiday rental direct from the owner. The townhouse is only a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus. Just a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walking distance from the beach, bars, cafe’s and restaurants in Torreblanca. It is in an ideal location to access many of the local resorts such as Malaga, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Calahonda, Mijas and a 1 - 2 hour drive away from the Rhonda Valley, Granada and Sierra Nevada mountains and ski resort. It sleeps 8 with a travel cot for infants. This hillside house is only a short walk away from Casa Pepe restaurant and a local hotel and bar. Within a short walking distance is Torreblanca train station where you can get to Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Malaga and many more resorts and towns. It runs every half hour in both directions. Location of objectThis spacious, lovely, fully furnished townhouse comprises 3 twin bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 bathrooms with showers, WC and hand basin. Furnished to a high standard it has a through lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, private 3m x 2m plunge pool with tiled patio area, sun loungers and patio table and chairs with sun canopy. A separate courtyard is to the rear of the house leading from the kitchen and has a portable barbecue in case you fancy moving it somewhere else to cook. There is also a patio table and 4 chairs. The rear roof terrace has gated parking space for 2 cars and the front roof terrace has lots of space for sunbathing.The funky design of this hillside development is such that you enter the house from the roof where you can park 2 cars on one terrace and sunbathe on the other. Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the first floor are to the rear of the house overlooking the courtyard with fitted wardrobes, twin beds, bedside table, reading lamp and portable fan heaters with hot and cold air facility. To the front of the house is the 3rd bedroom with built in wardrobe, twin beds, bedside table, reading lamp and portable fan heater. The front master bedroom has air conditioning, twin beds, bedside table and reading lamp. The en-suite bathroom comprises bath with overhead shower, twin sinks, WC and bidet. The two front bedrooms overlook the pool and have superb views across the sea. There is a separate bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. All bathrooms have over sink mirrors with lights and shaver point. The bedrooms have 2 sets of bed linen, a pool towel, bath towels and hand towels. There is a travel cot for infants On the ground floor there is access to the pool and private patio area which is fully tiled with non slip tiles, a patio table with tempered glass, 4 chairs with removable cushions and a tilting parasol. In the hallway is an under stairs storage area where you will find the patio table and chairs if not already on display. There is a small corridor leading past the 3rd bathroom to a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave with grill. The spacious, modern, air conditioned lounge area has 2 comfortable sofa’s, TV, satellite, DVD player, video player, CD player and coffee table where you can relax day or night with a temperature to suit. If you choose not to eat out then there is plenty of room in the dining area which has a dark wood dining table and seats 6. There are plenty of shops and a Sealife centre for the kids. The nightlife is robust and plentiful. You can stroll around the port area and rest at one of many cafes and bars on the waters edge. Many of them have bread packs which you can purchase so while you enjoy a drink the kids can feed the fish and boy do the like being fed!There is a large fairground called Tivoli World which caters for all from toddlers to teenagers to the twilight years (if you can stand the fun). There is a small entrance fee and you can purchase a wrist band for unlimited rides and hours of fun. There are shows, cafes, bars, restaurants and beautiful gardens with freely roaming peacocks. Near the entrance of the fairground is a cable car which gives spectacular views from the top of the mountain over the whole of the Costa de Sol. If you travel further up the coast you will come to Torremolinos which has a beautiful beach and promenade, again with lots of amenities for the kids and the adults. The busy city of Malaga if further along the coast with masses of shopping for all! Approximately 5 minutes drive to the other side of Torreblanca is the resort of Fuengirola, again with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. There are numerous fish restaurants dotted up and down the promenade on the beach. Pedalos aplenty for kids of all ages and a lovely clean well kept beach for sunbathing and swimming. There is a large water park which is great fun for everyone and some pretty daredevil water chutes where the kids show no fear. (also a second very large waterpark in nearby Torremolinos). The town of Mijas is situated in the hills. You can get there by bus from Fuengirola bus station very cheaply. It is a lovely town overlooking a large area of the Costa del Sol where you can see for miles. There are plenty of quaint bars, cafes and restaurants with masses of shops which sell anything from souvenirs to expensive crystal. If you venture further along the coast you will come to the elite resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus. If you are a boat or car lover you will enjoy looking at the vast array of superb boats and flash cars at Puerto Banus. This resort is must for people watching, you can usually spot a well known face in the crowd. Here again there are lots of bars cafes and restaurants and designer shops. If you enjoy the nightlife be prepared for it to get going around 2am with upbeat bars and clubs aplenty. From here you can venture up the coast to places like San Pedro and up as far as Algeciras where you can take a boat trip across the Med to Africa, Tangiers. Morocco and other places of interest. Next to Algeciras is the British colony of Gibraltar If you like your M&S shopping then you will feel like your back in Britain. You can go up the rock, see the sights and pose for photographs with the monkeys. Be warned it isn’t a duty free Island although you may be tempted by the cheap alcohol and tobacco. You will need to have your passport when you go as you are passing from Spain onto British soil. All these resorts can be reached by either car or bus If you are feeling energetic and fancy a game of golf there are numerous golf courses dotted along the coast the nearest being Torrequebrada only a 5 minute drive away. You can find information on the whereabouts and fees for these courses on the internet. There is also a local, free, English paper in Spain called the Sur found in most bars and shops in which you can also find out these details along with many other activities including climbing, pony trekking, horse riding and entertainment going on along the coast. There is horse racing in Mijas Costa which mainly takes place at night due to the heat but sometimes during the day. Boardings around the town will show when it is next on. There is regular live entertainment going on with a famous face or two appearing in the past such as Elton John and Rod Stewart.
