The villa is located in a newly built residence, only100 meters from the sea with direct access to the beach .... on the seafront Campofelice di Roccella, one of the most pleasing of sicily .
The villa has a pretty garden, with plants and flowers and a private car park. this VILLA COMPRISES: 1 double bedroom, a room with three beds, kitchen with dining room and sofa, bathroom with shower, closet, veranda (with table and chairs) outside shower, barbecue.
This type of arrangement is convenient, especially for longer stays and for families and groups of friends (5-6 people) who want to stay in a place that offers both the pleasures of the seaside holiday that culture. Just a few meters from the residence there are equipped beaches (open period June-September), restaurants, pubs, and for those wishing to visit the beauties of Sicily by car only 5 km away there are the Junction of the motorway of Buonfornello and Mazzaforno, the railway station is 1km away.

Campofelice of Roccella was founded in 1699 by Gaspare La Grutta, with the intent to accommodate the population in past centuries had lived on the plains and the coast, ideal for farming and trade, but was forced to move in now a flood that had submerged fields.
Thus the country was built on a hilly area more 'happy' as a location.
On the beach at the foot of the village, stands the castle which was built or perhaps rebuilt by the Arabs on the ruins of a tower above.
Roger II (1095-1154), king of Sicily, saw the strategic importance of building and made it an important military outpost for the defense and an efficient observation tower and alert.
Today you can admire the castle ruins of some original, some beautiful arched windows with double center typical Gothic style and a fine chapel.
The tower and the village have recently been recovered thanks to a major restoration.
