Description of objectThis lovely, face brick, 3 bedroomed house is situated one road up from the beach, in the lovely village of Zinkwazi. This comfortable home will offer you a relaxing atmosphere combined with spectacular sea views.The house, located within walking distance from the beach is spacious and fully equipped. It consists of a main house accommodating up to 7 people, as well as a bachelor’s flat for 3 more persons. The property is kept in immaculate condition and offers a holiday of lazing in the sun on the huge wooden deck, whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. The Main house offers the following: Large spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Leading through huge sliding doors, the lounge opens up onto the wooden deck. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, the main bedroom being en-suite. The main bedroom also features it’s own small private balcony. Beds consist of one queen size, one double, two singles and a sleeper couch in the lounge, should you have an extra body. A fully equipped kitchen housing an oven, 4plate hob, a large fridge/freezer, a microwave and washing machine. Appliances in the lounge also include a colour TV, DSTV and mini hifi-system. The Batchelor Flat offers the following: Large spacious open plan living/sleeping area housing one double and one single bed. There is a bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. The house has a neat garden and has a double lock-up garage with parking for two additional vehicles. The property is fully fenced and walled and there is an alarm system (with response) installed in both the house and the bachelor flat. Location of objectSituated on the north coast of Natal(N2) only 45min (80km)from Durban, the third largest city in South Africa. Zinkwazi Beach is ideally positioned, as it provides a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere, yet is within a few minutes drive from amenities like, shopping centres, cinemas, restaurants and sporting facilities.Neighbouring Towns: Stanger - 20km (south) Blythedale Beach - 20km (south) Ballito - 40km (south) Richardsbay - 70km (north) The house itself is situated higher up on a ridge in Zinkwazi, to allow for beautiful sea views, but only 7min walk to the beach Town: South Africa, Kwazulu Natal - North Coast, Zinkwazi BeachA lovely, safe coastal village. Zinkwazi itself is an undiscovered paradise, +/- 45min from Durban. It’s spectacular sandy beaches provides for ideal swimming, surfing, fishing and diving.The lagoon and tidal pools (at low tide) are wonderful for children. The lagoon also forms the north eastern border of Zinkwazi and is about 7,5 km long. Going upstream by boat will offer nature lovers a breath-taking diversity of birds, plants and animals. The lagoon is also utilised for all sorts of water activities. The main sea-bathing beach, at the Zinkwazi lagoon mouth, is protected by shark nets. Zinkwazi is also excellently positioned as a destination for golf enthusiasts. There are two well known and exclusive golf courses within a 30 minute drive from Zinkwazi. Zimbali Golf Estate and Prince's Grant Golf Estate. Zinkwazi is also located centrally to many of our Game Reserves in Zululand. For daily essentials, there is a village mini-market and a hardware store, but other than those, it is totally unspoilt!
