Description of objectCasa Spira is a beautiful and comfortable semi-detached house constructed in the year 2002, in the lovely complex Jardínes de Zahara, directly on the beach and offering precious see view. Divided in three floors, the tastefully decorated house offers on the ground floor the living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a 20m patio. In front of the house you can relax in the furnished terrace watching the sea, the beach and the lovely sunset. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them is incorporated in the bedroom. You can reach to the garage directly from the house.
Location of objectThe beach house is located in the Urbanisation ' Jardines de Zahara'. Jardínes de Zahara has spacious, and well maintained gardens, a big communal swimming pool, paddle courts and direct access to the famous, white and sandy beach.

Barbate - Tarifa, Zahara de los AtunesZahara is a small tourist town built around an old fishing village which has been known to produce excellent fish since Phoenician times, when tuna was first trapped in traditional nets (almadrabas) extending from the coast. The ruins of the Castillo de la Almadraba built in the 15th century by the Duques of Medina Sidonia can still be seen in the village. The surrounding area is almost untouched by mass tourism, and only in the summer months it turns into one of the most popular beach resorts of the Andalusian Costa de la Luz. The longest beach in the area is this massive stretch of white fine, golden sand and crystal clear waters, just over 8km in length, and spans the length from Zahara to el Cabo de Plata. It is all ideal for windsurfing and diving and offers a wide range of services. The ocean is sometimes rough but always beautiful. Occasionally a school of whales swim along the shore.

In the summer there are many guests all around but anyway the huge beach is never totally grouded. |
