Description of objectThe tastefully furnished townhouse is located in Cois Farraige Holiday Homes which has a gated entrance and private parking. Cois Farraige is gaelic for 'Beside the Sea'.The spacious home is brand new and finished to a high standard. The entrance hallway is bright and floored in ceramic tiles, and leads into the large kitchen. At the entrance, there is a quarter bathroom with a toilet and washbasin to the right, and the door to the left enters the living area. The bright and comfortable living area has a black marble fireplace, a luxurious three piece suite and solid oak flooring. This room extends to the dining area and large kitchen. Patio doors from the dining area lead to an enclosed outdoor patio. The master ensuite bedroom, the double bedroom and the single bedroom are all located on the second floor which is carpeted throughout. The main bathroom is also located on this floor. The house is bright and cheerful, and is ideally suited for couples, families or retirees. Location of objectCois Farraige Holiday Homes are ideally located in the peaceful village of Waterville on the famous Ring of Kerry. Simply walk across the road and onto the promenade which extends the entire length of the village. You are a stroll away from local shops, friendly Irish pubs with live traditional music, and award winning restaurants. The world famous Waterville Golf Links is just a three minute drive, and the village tennis court, basketball court and children's playground also a three minute walk away.The holiday homes are ideal for couples, families, small groups, and retirees. If you feel that driving on the left hand side of the road may be daunting, you don’t even need a car while staying at Cois Farraige.
