Comfortable semi-detached villa. The perfect holiday home for a family. Situated in a forested area. Living room with doors opening out onto a 60 meter deep garden. The children will be kept busy for hours climbing the trees and wooden fort or hiding amongst the bushes and sheds. The garden is completely safe and can be easily closed off for younger children.
Basement level: A separate washing area with washing machine and dryer.
First floor: Entrance hall and toilet. A large open living room with a modern yet country design. In the middle of the living room a large fireplace. An open plan kitchen with all the most modern equipment including a steam oven.
Second Floor: 2 children’s sleeping rooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Large parents sleeping room with toilet, bath and shower en-suite.
Third Floor: 2 large rooms. One with a double bed. The other room is a spacious play room with lots of toys and games for the kids. Also a separate toilet room on this level with toilet and wash basin.

A Perfect location to find some rest yet enough to do in the area for the whole family. Within 10 minute by bike your in the middle of the Hague. Close enough to train stations for trips further a field like Leiden or Amsterdam.
