The total floor area is approx 140sqm, all rooms are furnished. The apartment consists of 2 double-bed rooms with closets, and mosquito nets over the beds. Each room has a bathroom with shower (hot water is available everywhere and is heated with solar panels), a large living room and a kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator and small appliances. The bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. Furthermore, there is a terrace with table and chairs and a well-tended garden. The "Herrmann Cottage 2" was built in September 2011. All rooms in the house and the terrace are tiled.
