Description of objectThe house has been comfortably renovated to provide a lovely country retreat for family holidays, while retaining it's old charm and detail such as a chimney place with wood stove, the old stone sink, exposed stone walls. There are three bedrooms sleeping 6-7 comfortably, two bathrooms of which one is ensuite to the largest bedroom, and a cot for small infants. The house has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space. There is a television, music system and covered terrace for relaxed outdoor life.
Location of objectPeyregras Bas lies in plum orchards about two kilometers outside Villereal in the community of Mazieres-Naresse. There are neighbours when needed but nobody close enough to disturb your enjoyment of the house and 2000 square metres around it.
Town: France, Bastide country, VillerealVillereal was founded in 1272 and is one of hundreds of old fortified towns or bastides in the south west, constructed in the hundred years war between England and France. There are several around Villereal, each about 15 kilometers apart and each with a special flavour and interest. The region between the two great rivers of the Dordogne and Lot is a tourist paradise with activities and historical sites to interest all ages and tastes.
