Description of objectThe villas are situated in the Villaggio dei Mandorli ('Almond Trees Village') in the beautiful Campus resort of Villasimius. Rent for these comfortable and attractive terraced houses is available throughout the year, including weekends. The cottages sleep 4 to 6 people, they are all located at 300 m from the beach and are an hour away from Cagliari. A convenience shop, a bar, a tobacconist, a restaurant, and a pizzeria can be found adjacent to the house complex.Each villa has: - Air Conditioning hot/cold. - Barbecue and/or fireplace. - Washing machine. - External sink. - External shower with hot water (in addition to the internal one). - Free parking space. - The use of communal Tennis courts. - Children's Playground.
