Room equipped with TV, sofas (1 sofa bed), and direct access to balcony with dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, water heater, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, blender. 1 bathroom with bathtub. Garage. High season: 01/06 to 31/08 - minimum stay 7 days (450euros/week) Low season: 01/09 to 31/05 - minimum stay two nights (50euros/day) National holidays and New Year season are considered high season - minimum stay two nights (80euros/day) Cleaning: check in / check out. Reservation requests are made via email or telephone contact, and are subject to availability. Pre-booking will be confirmed within 24 hours, if there is a availability during the period you want. Payment of 50% of stay at time of reservation, made through bank transfer, and the remaining 50% paid on arrival. The data for the payment will be given with confirmation of pre-booking. In case of withdrawal, is not returned the payment made at the time of booking. Coming from North on the A2 motorway or by the National Highway IP1, should turn to the node Sines Grandola, IP8 take until you find the indication for Cercal. Follow this direction and a few miles on the right, turn in the direction of Porto Covo by N120-1, a secondary road that leads to Vila Nova de Milfontes.
