Description of objectEnchanting villa with private swimming pool located in a quiet, well established residential area, yet close to the lake and the city of Intra Verbania.
The villa sleeps up to 6 persons: on the main floor is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor is a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 small single beds and bathroom with shower. The house is tastefully and lovingly decorated as if it was your own home: spacious living room with stylish furniture, comfortable couches and flat screen TV, elegant dining table, piano, open fire place. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Furthermore available CD, DVD, washing machine.
The large French doors in the living room open out on to the charming garden and swimming pool (12x7m) with deck chairs and sun loungers. The gazebo with stone dining table and bbq are ideal for dining and living ‘al fresco’ during the warm summer evenings. The garden is completely fenced and pets are allowed. The owner is living in an apartment under the house but has a separate entrance and does not share the garden or swimming pool.

In the nearby mountain valleys a wide range of leisure activities and sports (hiking, mountain biking) are offered.
