Description of objectWe offer a very large house with 11 beds in 5 bedrooms. The house is ready for your holiday with linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Internet, satellite TV, parking and ski storage area.
Location of objectThe house is in a quiet residential street, about 500 metres from the road between Velka Lomnica and Tatranska Lomninca (534). From the front you are able to see the Tatras, while the rear overlooks fields towards Kezmarok.
Town: Slovakia, High Tatras, Velka LomnicaVel’ká Lomnica is a village situated 8 km north-east of Poprad, close to the High Tatras.
Vel’ká Lomnica offers visitors the opportunity to stay in quiet and comfortable surroundings, yet still be within a few kilometres of Tatranska Lomnica, Poprad and Kezmarok, and the attractions those towns offer. The airport at Poprad is a comfortable 15 minute drive away, and the travelling time from London-Stansted is usually just over two hours.
There are restaurants within walking distance of the house, which serve traditional Slovak cuisine in a friendly environment. There are also some shops where you can buy basic food. Supermarkets in Kezmarok and Poprad are only a few minutes drove away.
But the attractions of the High Tatras National Park, the Slovak Paradise and Liptovská Mara, among many, many, others, are the real reason why people come to Slovakia. When you see the snow-capped Tatras towering above the stillness of Liptovská Mara, and highlighted against a blue and cloudless spring sky, you will wonder why it has taken you so long to discover Slovakia.
