The place is very quiet with clean and fresh air and gives a perfect lovely view to the bay of Varna. Overlooks the harbour and enjoys unrivalled panoramic sea and peninsula views.
On first floor we invite you to tasteful modern furnishings living area whit a fully equipped kitchen. On second floor we invite you to a three doubles bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and terrace.
Just 900 meters from the beach, the houses living room, bedrooms, and terrace have open views of the Black sea.
Basic shopping facilities can be found 500 meters from the house. City with its large selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs is less than 5 minutes by bus. The resorts StSt Konstantin and Helena and Golden sands are only a 10-20 minute drive away.
