The MAINHOUSE (90 sqm) and the GUESTHOUSE (40 sqm) , surrounded by a 5.000 sqm garden facing south and with its private childfriendly beach, are located in a selected neighbourhood.
The MAINHOUSE has been fully renovated during 2008, and the kitchen enjoys the best facilities (miele washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator).
The bathroom was renovated following the traditional Swedish style, adding a copper sink and
antique bathtub.
The brand new veranda is ideal for late dinners enjoying the calm seaview, or you can also relax in the sauna by the beach.
THE BRANDNEW GUESTHOUSE (40 sqm) can easely accommodate 4 people. It has its own bathroom and kitchen facilities, so two families can be in the property independently.
If you just enjoy rowing around (and fish), a new 5 m long rowing boat with an SOLARPOWERED ELECTRIC engine is included in the rental.
If you want to bring your own boat, the property has its own moaring place where you can leave it and watch after it from the mainhouse.
If you like playing golf, Ingarö golf club is only 3 km away.
