These Roseland cottages are a 5 minute walk to the slipway and sandy swimming beach of Porthcurnick, the South West Coast Path and access to a multitude of lovely secluded coves.
Location of objectHigher Rosevine Farm consists of 2 barns set off a courtyard. The farm is set in 15 acres of unspoilt pasture. The farm is situated on a quiet road that terminates as a slipway on Porthcurnick beach @ 800 yards below.
Town: Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Cornwall, TruroWhether it be food and drink, sailing or scenery, Higher Rosevine Farm is perfectly situated for them all. The excellent Driftwood Hotel is 2 minutes away on foot, the picturesque harbour village of Portscatho with its shops and pubs just 15 minutes via the coast path or 5 minutes by car, and between them provide the best local food from pasties to Lobster. A 10 minute drive reaches the ever popular village of St. Mawes, home to the Hotel Tresanton, and offering access to the Fal estuary and its renowned sailing waters of the Carrick Roads.
