Stara Dom (Old Home) has been lovingly renovated as a holiday home, designed and fully equipped for a comfortable, relaxing or adventure holiday. This spacious house can accommodate up to 7 persons each room with own en suite and access to a large terrace area with BBQ area and a large balcony with views from the garden to the Stara Planina (Old Mountains) The house is tastefully furnished throughout with an oak beamed lounge,log burning stove and a large modern kitchen/dining room. Fully equipped with elctric cooker. washing machine, fridge/freezer,iron,toaster and much more all towels and linen are provided, with plenty of storage cupboards.

Belle Osam is situated 15mins by car from the historic town of Troyan where shops are plentiful from local fresh fruit and vegetables. supermarkets to designer boutiques. Banks ATMs, Tourist information center, cafes and restaurants. They are well equipped for the foreign tourist. There are many beautiful villages and towns to visit around Troyan many with museums and the famous Troyan monastry and many more places of historic value, To travel a bit further there is the capital Sofia and the famous old town of Velinko Turnova. Near by activities include Hiking in the Wild life and Conservation national park (Pan Parks)

Stara Dom is located in the picturesque village of Belle Osam at the foot hills of the Stara Planina(old Mountains) where Bulgarian life and traditions are still much a part of everyday life. Belle Osam is situated 15mins by car from the historic town of Troyan. About 12kil drive and you will be in the pretty natural health spa centres of Chiflik and Shipkovo where the natural heated waters are renowned for their healing qualities. The spa villages features massage and well being centres, cafes, bars, restaurant and open air heated pools open all year. In the winter season and only 20 mins drive you can go sking,sledging,skidoo or cross country sking at Beklemeto with facilities to hire all equipment and
instruction.

A Doctor and Dentist are based in Belle Osam village should you require their services and the nearest hospital is in the town of Troyan. There is a local bus and taxi service at a very reasonable cost. A translator can be easily arranged if you require this service.
