Description of objectOur non-smoker's holiday apartment with separate entrance has a base of approx. 72 square metres and passes of- comfortable sitting room with sleeping couch, 2-seater couch, 1 armchair, couch table, to big rosewood cupboard, SAT TV as well as Micro-music arrangement with radio and CD, - big kitchen-living room with new E-cooker, Rinsing with hot water boiler, refrigerator, microwave with grill, coffeemaker, water cooker, toaster, minideep fryer, food processor, barman, waffle iron, extensive coffee things and dinner set together with glasses and cutleries as well as high-grade steel saucepans - bathroom incl. bathtub with shower (incl. hinged shower wall) and WC, bath cupboard, hairdrier, lock stick, washing machine (against extra costs) - completely equipped double bedroom with allergy sufferer friendly mattresses, clock radio, as well as when required extra bed (guest-bed) or baby portacrib. Bedclothes, towels and dish towels are included - change once a week. A garden equipped with garden pieces of furniture (seat and couch piece of furniture) invites to the repose. Location of objectThe holiday apartment Lamberty lies on the left Moselle side in a dead end below the Markus's mountain which already catches the eye while running in the town by the approx. 40 m high Marien's column. Already before the front door the approx. 20-minute predominantly wooded 'rise' begins to the 300-m-high Markus's mountain 'where you are recompensed with a dreamlike view about the whole town. At the height you also find two inns from what one is known for its miraculous home-baked cake and the other for a good continuously from 10.00 o'clock to 22.00 o'clock open kitchen. To the city centre you need by the car approx. 5 minutes, by the bicycle approx. 10 minutes and on foot approx. 20 minutes. In approx. 300 m of distance is a bus stop from where you can completely explore Trier and the closer surroundings in the minute tact 10 (on workdays) and minute tact 30 (Sunday and celebration day) with various coach lines. In the next surroundings (to maximum 2 km) you find supermarkets like Aldi, Lidl, plus market, KIK, TAKKO, DM market, Schlecker, other shops like EDEKA market, purchase country, real market, baker's and butcher's shops. Up to the Luxembourgian border these are about 11 km where you can refuel among other things very favourably. Also the neighbouring foreign countries Belgium - approx. 60 km - as well as France - approx. 55 km - in each case up to the border - are easy over a well developed highway net to reach. Our smallest German federal state, 'Saarland', is even approx. 40 km away. There is so much to see that the vacation will be too short guaranteed.Town: Germany, Tor zu Eifel und Hunsrück, TrierTrier is the oldest city in Germany (over 2000 years old) with its Roman origins. This is documented by the many existing monuments in Trier. The city has a picturesque downtown with a Main Market Square and Cathedral Square.
