Description of objectThis enormous, detached villa is only a few meters from the sea. Due to its peak position on a cliff it boasts beautiful views of the sea around Torre delle Stelle and of the Golf of Cagliari. This view is especially spectacular in the evenings. The special feature of this villa is the spanish tower, which is behind the house and which has a covered sun-roof. There is a large living area with an open fireplace on the ground floor, a spiral staircase leads to the open floor above. Next to the living room is a kitchen, a double room, a bathroom and a toilet. An open hallway on the first floor leads to a further two double rooms, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom. Due to the size and the individuality of this villa, it is ideal for those who do not want to loose their privacy whilst being on holiday. The proximity to the sea, which can be reached by a cliff staircase is a further convenience. The decor of the villa may be simple and functional but has a very warm atmosphere due to the wooden furnishings.
Location of objectThe detached villa Godelia is located in the second row by the sea. Due to the slight hand position, you have a beautiful, unobstructed view of the sea and in the distance on the Gulf of Cagliari. The fine-grained, white sand beach is a few minutes (500 meters) over access roads of the settlement reached. The immediate surroundings of the villa is very exclusive and extremely quiet.
Town: Italy, Südküste , Torre delle StelleTorre delle Stelle is is surrounded on 3 sides by the sea, ideal for divers and snorkelers. In the hinterland, you will find a hilly landscape with forests, vineyards and olive groves. The road leading from Cagliari to Villasimius is one of the most beautiful of Sardinia, the views are terrific. Torre delle Stelle is a holiday resort with good facilities: 2 supermarkets, fish shop, butcher shop, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, physician, veterinarian, playground, soccer field, tennis courts, diving center with a German-run school, boat rental, everything you need for a pleasant holiday. A game park with theaters, cinemas, concerts and folklore evenings enlivened the high season from mid July to late August. The beaches are free sunbeds and parasols at the bar on the beach will be brought or borrowed. Cagliari is located 30 km Villasimius 18 km away.
