Description of objectA beautifully designed, luxury 3 bedroom villa with private pool on the 9 hole Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort. The 5 star Inter-continental Hotel is due to open in June of 2006, and once all other Polaris World golf resorts are complete as a resident you will have access to them all. You could follow the Jack Nicklaus trail on courses like El Valle, La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme, La Loma and of coarse the Mar Menor Golf resort. This course is to be extended to an 18 hole course over the next 18 months. In the meantime you are in close proximity to many other 1st class golf such as Las Ramblas, La Finca, La Manga, Campamor and many others.
The area has lots of places of interest, golf or sightseeing, it will be impossible for you to get bored.
The beautiful beach of Los Alcázares is just a 5 minute drive away and the wonderful city of Murcia just 15 minutes. The La Manga strip and Cartagena are also within easy reach. Other towns and villages such as San Pedro Del Pinatar, Cabo de Palos, La Zenia, Santiago de la Ribera, Cabo Roig, Punta Prima, La Manga del Mar Menor, Los Dolores and Lo Pagan famous for it’s healing mud therapy, the list is endless.
There are lots of local bars and restaurants all just a few minutes away by car, on site there is a small supermarket, 2 bars, really nice restaurant, bank, communal pool and of coarse golf. The airport of San Javier is only 10 minutes drive and Alicante is approximately 45 minutes.
