Description of objectThe villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, everything on the ground floor. The villa is luxury furnished where possible in the Spanish style. The bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning and central heating for the chilly winternights.Further the villa has a private pool, a private terrace, pergolas and a barbeque, shortly you'll lack nothing. The living is luxury furnished with a satellite TV, DVD-player and hifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with among others a washing machine and dishwasher. The villa has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. The other bedroom has two single beds and a showerroom with washbasin. Location of objectThe Mar Menor Golf ResortThe Resort is magnificent developed with wide boulevards, an abundance of flowerbeds, palms and orange trees. The design and style of the villas blend in perfectly with the natural environment and reflect the architectural character of the south-east of Spain: fresh and comfortable. The following facilities are at them moment still under construction but will be completed at the latest autumn 2005: - Restaurants - Supermarkt - Catering - Pool - Spa & fitness facilities - Sports centre - Aerobics - Tennis courts - Games rooms - Hairdresser - Health center - Child amusement (minidisco, minishows) - Child care facilities All these facilities together guarantee a succesful holiday for which you even have not leave the resort. On top of all the above facilities there is a beautiful golf course as well which makes this resort extremely suitable for a gofl break. Town: Spain, Mar Menor Resort, Torre PachecoThe new Mar Menor Golf Resort is siutated between the villages Torre Pacheco and Los Alcazares on a few kilometres from the Mar Menor, the largest natural "pool" of the world. This Mar Menor has a surface of about 170km2 and a coastline of more than 70km with many lovely villages like San Pedro del Pinatar, Los Alcazares, Islas Menores and Playa Honda.The shallow water in combination with the innersea nature result in a comfortable water temperature which is about 4 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean. Because of this the Mar Menor is very popular for most of the water sports. On almost all beaches water sport equipment can be rented and lessons can be taken. The relatively shallow Mar Menor has many beautiful beaches which are not yet crowded by the mass tourism. Along the entire coastline there are rental possibilities for parasols and sunbeds, kiosks for refreshments and fastfood and at walking distance restaurants of different classes.
