This tastefully furnished luxury villa is peacefully located on the Szentedre island 15 kms away from world famous town of Szentendre and just 35 kms away from the capital, Budapest. Szentendre island is a nature reserve, so you wake up every morning hearing birds twittering or enjoy fresh air and tranquility by dining al fresco on one of our huge terraces. Our house also has a 1800 sqm manicured garden with a cozy fireplace for evening barbecue parties.
The villa is away from the bustle of the capital, but you can easily reach Budapest within a 30 min. drive.
Location of objectSurány is a holiday area on the Szentendre island with beautiful and tranquil landscape. The house has a nice little lake nearby (appr. 300 m away)that's suitable for swimming in the summer or skating in wintertime. Restaurant and shops nearby (within 500 m).

The world famous town of Szentendre is a town of arts and museums. It gives home to the Hungarian Open Air Museum exhibiting the folklore and culture of the Carpathean basin (Skanzen). One of the most visited museums of the whole country, the Kovács Margit Museum, is also located here. There are further 14 museums and art galleries acquainting visitors with the rich historical past and teeming life of arts.
Visegrád is also close by with its medieval castle ruins and a sommer toboggan run, great adventure all year around!
Amongst the line of villages and holiday resorts - Leányfalu built along the bank of the Danube, and the villages of Szentendre Island: Kisoroszi, Tahitótfalu, Pócsmegyer and Szigetmonostor - are very popular among tourists enjoying the water front. Tiny villages located in the Pilis, such as Pilisszentlélek, Pilisszentkereszt, Pilisszántó, Pilisszentlászló, Csobánka, Pilisborosjenő, Pilisvörösvár, Üröm, Pomáz and Budakalász are untouched natural environments with clean air and are paradise for tourists, who enjoy outdoor activities.
