Description of objectBarbados Guesthouse Dover, St.Lawrence Gap, south-coast of Barbados.There are different accommodations in this flat available depending on your need of affordable holiday letting accommodation. This charming duplex guest-house flat or apartment is built from coral stone. This accommodation is elegantly furnished in a Caribbean-European style. The beautiful decorated flat has 3 bedrooms, a large living-dining room, a small lounge, complete kitchen, 2 baths (one en-suite), balcony, terrace and a tropical garden. We let a large, medium or small bedroom as well as the complete guesthouse. All bedrooms have matching decorated finishes and either ceiling fans or if requested air-condition at cost. There are mosquito nets on the windows which are tinted and a free safe box . Free wireless available, please bring your own laptop. The medium and small guest-house room share a lounge and balcony. In the lounge you find a SAT TV, Stereo System incl. MP3 player, DVD. Coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, iron and board are provided upstairs for the guest. Complete shared kitchen downstairs. Small bedroom has 2 single beds which can be converted by zip to a king-size bed. The medium bedroom has a 54 inch and a 36 inch wide bed. Large bedroom has two 48 inch beds, en-suite bath tub-shower, sitting area, LCD SAT TV, DVD, Stereo System with CD and Tape recorder. When booking the complete holiday flat we let additional a large living-dining room were SAT TV, Stereo System and Video is additional available and the front terrace of the holiday-home. The distance to Dover beach is approx. 100 yards and the Casuarina + Turtle Beach Club Hotel is approx. 200 yards away. Other beaches are close by. Fresh sheets, towels (not beach towels) and room service are provided twice per week. The Maid will do your washing in the laundry room. From the airport it will take about 20 min. to your accommodation. In St Lawrence Gap you will find hotels, restaurants, deli, bars, clubs, discos, bank, supermarkets and different shops. Golf, Squash, Tennis, Fitness center and most water sports like diving, sailing and Jet Ski’s are easily accessible.The bus stop is about 200 yards/meter away. There are buses, mini-buses and route-taxis going to the capital Bridgetown (approx. every15 min) and to other parts of the island until midnight. The bus fare is $2.00 BDS. We offer English speaking Island tours and different activities on the island. Please check us first for reasonable car rentals. The exchange rate for 1US $ is about 2 BDS $. The temperatures in Barbados are almost constant the whole year around. In winter / spring it is about 28 degree Celsius and in summer / autumn about 33 degree Celsius. The water temperature is approx. 24 �26 degree Celsius. Due to some short scattered showers during the night or early in the morning the island has lush vegetation. The color of the ocean changes from turquoise to dark blue.
