Description of objectThis charming old (300 years old) provence house used to be a farm and is located in a 3,000 square meters area fenced lot. It is composed of the owners house, the bergerie (used to be the place where the sheep stayed) which has been turned intoa living area with french pool table and library. A swimming pool is located in the north garden besides the olive tree. There is a parking area for the cars. An outside table is placed in front of the Little house under the vines for aperitifs and meals.
Location of objectThe house is located 1km from the village, on the road leading to Saint Vallier. Once you have passed the intersection for the Grottes de Saint Cezaire (Caves), turn right on first road (Chemin du Prelong), after 300 meters, turn right in the Bastide de la Grange de Niel subdivision. The house is the third one on the right. You will recognize this typical Provence House (Mas), which is 300 years old.
Town: France, French Riviera - Provence, St Cezaire sur SiagneSt. Cezaire sur Siagne is a very beautiful medieval village hanging onto vertical cliffs overlooking the Siagne river. The town sits on a rocky spur in an idyllic landscape of wooded hills, with views of the Maures, Estérel as far as St. Tropez. The village has a couple of restaurants, drugstore, doctors' clinics, dental clinics, supermarket, church. It has a petanque field, soccer filed, tennis courts, horseriding stables, Caves (Grottes de St Cezaire).
It has a provencal market every Saturday morning where local products can be found. There is a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Siagne River and the area (from the Cost up to the mountain).
