Everything that is or could be important to you is within walking distance: the pink sandy beach a few steps away, the supermarket, the bank, the bakery, the doctor and the pharmacy, a restaurant…This house has been designed by a renowned Bahamian architect in the pure style of the old Bahamian houses and yet all the comfort and equipment of a modern home. Particular thought was given to favour the outstanding view from all the different rooms. The orientation of the house, the design of the patio, and the position of all the windows and doors have been calculated to let the fresh sea breeze refresh the entire house. But if you still prefer the air conditioning, just remember to close the windows and French doors. This old-fashioned looking cottage gives visitors to Spanish Wells a real taste of island living.
