Description of objectCasa Lilo is located at the northern shore of the beautiful Lake of Como and provides a place for fantastic vacations in a great scenery and lots of activities or leisure enjoyments. Walking path of 10 meters leads to a large private area with sandy beach, meadows and trees. The waterfront of this corporately land has partly a wall mounted waterfront. Due to the fine, flat sandy ground and the shallow water, swimming is ideal for children. Like at the sea, you can go barefoot into the water. The water temperature often reaches 24-26 degrees in summer. In the morning there is almost no wind, post meridiem, surfers and sailors can frequently enjoy a glorious, warm and equally strong wind from southwest (the Breva, Bf. 3-5(6)). Boats (even larger ones) can be launched via a ramp into the water. The cottage Casa Lilo itself is well protected in the second row of the private cottages on the edge of the Nature Reserve 'Pan di Spagna'. It lies on a 600 mē ground with a lawn surrounded by hedges, palm trees and others. The location is ideal for children, surfers, sailors and swimming, our well-equipped house offers the best conditions for active or relaxing holidays from May until October. Having breakfast on the large, covered terrace (14 sqm), or just sitting there together comfortably in the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful surrounding. The living room with a separate dining area and an open kitchen is 38 square meters large. In the evening, you look from the kitchen window directly at a fantastic alpenglow in an altitude of the 3000 m high, cyclopean granite mountains of the famous mountain group 'Bergell'. In addition to the bathroom with shower, wash-bowl and toilet (4.5 sqm), there is a separate guest toilet (1.7 sqm). The two major bedrooms, each with good full-size double beds, have 13 and 12 sqm. Stairs leads to the small bedroom (9 sqm) on the attic floor with two good beds in full-size. In two bedrooms are extra wash-bowls. Modern beach-chairs are provided. You can either park your car directly at the house or on the bordering land behind the house.

La Punta (Casa Lilo) belongs to the village Sorico, which lies - like the neighboring village Gera Lario - picturesquely situated on the opposite bank of the river Mera. There you find shops, restaurants, surfing lessons and equipment rentals. They both are starting points for adventurous mountain roads, for excursions and hikes in the surrounding mountains with fantastic views and a different, alpine atmosphere. Even bikers and paragliders beginn their tours in Sorico. The launch site for paragliders is exposed about 1ooo m higher.
Town: Italy, Lago di Como, Sorico (Comer See)At the northern end of the Lake of Como, there is 'La Punta', the lakeside peninsula of the famous 'Pan di Spagna', formed as an alluvial plain and located between the rivers Adda and Mera. On the western edge of this great natural paradise, Casa Lilo is situated on La Punta and faces directly the lake with a sandy beach in a small private cottage area. East of Casa Lilo, sufficiently protected with a dense pine and scrub forest, is a little Campground 'Grande Quiete' with a connected small surf school and board rental. A good restaurant and pizzeria ('Ristorante Boschetto') is reachable on foot in five minutes, different bakeries and grocery stores are accessible by bike or car in a few minutes.
