Description of objectport Nou is a luxury villa of recent construction in front of the beach of Port Nou.The property is modernly, decorated in an elegant and simple style with high quality finishing touches. In the garden there is a swimming pool surrounded with grass, sun-beds and umbrellas. Surface area of 280 m², with 3 double bedrooms with complete bathroom each (all bedrooms are en suite) and all with magnificent views to the beach. Spacious living-dinning room with a chimney and big windows that bring you to the outside terrace, a totally equipped kitchen with a toilet on the ground floor. As well as that, the property has heating by radiant floors, DSL wireless internet, steam room, sauna, centralized vacuum system, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, micro-wave oven... The house is close to the villages of Cala Millor, Cala Bona and Costa de los Pinos, 2km from it. Its 1km from the golf course of Costa de los Pinos, 3km from the Pula golf club, 9km from the Canyamel golf club and 11km from the Capdepera one. Only a few meters away from the house one finds the virgin beaches of Sa Marjal, Es Ribell and Es Rajolí with a vegetation of sabines and tamarinds, typical of the East of Majorca. Location of objectPort Nou and Port VellPort Nou is the name given to a stretch of coastline with a sandy beach and rocks, including a series of small residential developments, which continues north from Cala Bona. This forms a line of constructions along the coast, starting in the south at Punta de n'Amer and finishing at the beach of Sa Marjal, which is part of the zone known as Port Vell. The oldest houses are those next to the sea, next to a small oratory, and there are also some apartment blocks and hotels; these are generally low-rise buildings which blend in well with the landscape, and they have preserved part of the tamarisk and pine vegetation in front of the sea. Town: Spain, Costa de los Pinos, Playa Port Nou, Son ServeraThe beach at Cala Millor, which is 1,750m long and 35m wide and which has clean crystal-clear waters, is one of the island's busiest in summer. The construction of hotels and apartments next to the coast has destroyed the dunes that once stood here, and this has caused problems in the natural regeneration of the sand, meaning that sand has had to be artificially regenerated.Services: a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars; lifeguards; showers; sports; sun loungers, parasols and pedal boats for rent. Cala Bona Cala Bona, within the municipal district of Son Servera, forms a continuous development along the coast together with Cala Millor. The promenade of Cala Millor extends north along the coast as far as the port of Cala Bona - a small fishing harbour that has been in use since times gone by and which now contains pleasure craft and is the departure point for tourist excursions along the coast. Around the port there are restaurants where diners can enjoy fresh fish. The town mainly comprises hotels and apartments, though there are many houses as well. At Cala Bona there are three beaches, which are next to each other and protected by breakwaters, keeping the water calm and creating ideal conditions for swimming. Put together they are about 470m long and there is a lifeguard service as well as sun lounger, parasol and pedal boat rental facilities.
