The house is ideal for a family of up to 8 people, or 2 families to enjoy nature and tranquillity. The house is split in 2 levels. The ground level has a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room open to a living space with an old chimney. Also, on the ground floor is located 2 bedrooms and a separate laundry room. On the first floor, a first large twin bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom, leads to the master bedroom with terrace and an en-suite bathroom. Most of the furniture’s are of antique menorcan style carefully selected by the owner. The garden has plenty of fig trees and wild olive trees and a private pathway leads to wonderful woodland.
