One of Villa Maestrali's most striking features are its two terraces, facing the sun-rise and sun-down respectively.
Both have new tasteful matching garden furniture, when put together, provide seating for 10 people, if you should have a party.
The new, fitted open-plan kitchen with marble work-tops is well-equipped and has a dining area for 6.
The attractively decorated, large living-room has 3 french doors opening on to the even larger terrace with ample space for relaxing, enjoying meals and the amazing view over the bay.
With its three twin bedrooms, all air conditioned, and opening on to a terrace with sea view and two bathrooms, there is ample space for 6 people to enjoy a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Location of object

This charming villa is located on a hill of the exclusive Kalamaki Peninsula, on a large, private property planted with oleander, flowers, pine and olive trees.
The Kalamaki area is exclusively situated away from the bustle, with villas nestling in its pine covered slopes and amazing sea views.
To reach it, you take the main road out of Skiathos, heading south-west towards Koukounaries.
When you arrive at bus stop no. 13, you take the smaller road on your left, which will take you to the villa after a curvy 800 meters.

The nearest sandy beach is a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk away, just below Villa Maestrali.
We recommend a rental car to drive 8 km to Skiathos town and airport and to further explore the over 60 crystal clear water coves and beaches.
Skiathos town offers many shops, cafés, a lively night life as well as several tavernas, the most excellent ones of which are listed in our 'Villa Book', along with other useful information for a lovely vacation.
The Island has sports activities for all tastes, from tennis to horseback-riding and all water sports. For hikers, there are the famous Kastro ruins, with the endless steps leading to the chapel that was used in the film 'Mama Mia', as well as well kept monastaries that sell home made oil and spirits. For boat lovers, there is charter sailing and boats to tour the island and visit neighboring Alonissos Island.
